Embark on a transformative and deeply healing conscious connected breathwork journey to help you feel more grounded, present and connected - all from the comfort of your own home!
We’ll meet on Zoom and you’ll breathe alongside a friendly supportive group to some cool tunes, letting the breath guide you and allowing you to let go of any stress or tension, release any trapped emotions and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

What to Expect
🕗 New to breathwork? Log onto Zoom for 8pm to hear all the instructions first.
🕝 Regular each month? Feel free to hop on at 8:15pm and jump straight into the session.
🌀 Intro & Demo - we’ll start with a brief introduction where I’ll explain the benefits of breathwork and walk you through the technique.
🌀 Movement -we’ll shake off the day and move our bodies to an upbeat track before settling into the breathwork journey.
🌀 The Journey Begins - get super cosy on your mat or bed, pop in your headphones, and let me guide you through a powerful 30 minute breathwork session with some grounding breaths to settle your nervous system first, before setting an intention and moving into a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey including sound, movement, and positive affirmations to deepen your experience.
🌀 Integration & Relaxation - sink into 5–10 minutes of deep relaxation, allowing your body and mind to integrate anything that might have arisen in the session.
🌀 Closing & Sharing - we’ll return together for some journalling (if you wish) and an optional share, or you can simply log off and glide into a deep sleep.
No experience needed, simply an open mind, open heart and a willingness to breathe!

How to Prepare
💫 Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy meals beforehand.
💫 Wear loose, comfy clothing (nothing tight around the waist!).
💫 Set up a quiet, cosy space where you won’t be disturbed - a bed or yoga mat with pillows & blanket is perfect!
💫 Use headphonesor a speaker for a more immersive experience.
💫 Have water, tissues, a journal, and pen handy.
💫 You may like to use an eye mask during integration.
💫 Light a candle or grab a crystal if you’d like to enhance your experience.
📌 Important: You must have your camera on during the session.
Who Can Join?
This breath circle is open to anyone over 18 (younger participants, please email me first). It’s great for all levels of breathwork experience, whether you’re a total beginner or a regular.
⚠️ If you have any of the following conditions, then unfortunately this online session isn’t suitable for you.
Any pre-existing heart conditions
Epilepsy or history of seizures
Pregnancy (breathwork not recommended in the first trimester)
Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, or personality disorders
Untreated/ severe PTSD
Pre-existing lung disease
Glaucoma/ detached retina
History of stroke
Please check with your doctor if you experience any of the below:
High/ low blood pressure with a history of fainting
Recent major surgery
Asthma (please have your inhaler nearby)

About Brenna
I’m Brenna Duncan, the face behind Arise Breathwork, a qualified Transformational Breath® Group Leader, intuitive life coach, and creative based in North London.
I run online & in-person 1:1 breathwork sessions and intimate group workshops at Seven Sisters Sanctuary, as well as at festivals, on retreats, and within corporate spaces.
I’m on a mission to share the magic of breathwork with as many people as possible!
