These T&Cs and waiver apply to all breathwork sessions, workshops, retreats, events and offerings provided by Arise Breathwork, including one to one sessions and group experiences.

Breathwork is a powerful and embodied practice. The intention of this agreement is to ensure clarity, safety and mutual understanding so you can participate feeling informed and supported.

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in Transformational Breath® and or Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) sessions with Arise Breathwork and that I take full responsibility for my participation in these sessions.

I understand that breathwork is not a substitute for medical or psychological care and that it is my responsibility to consult a qualified medical professional regarding any physical or mental health concerns before participating. I agree to inform my breathwork facilitator of any relevant medical conditions prior to the session.

I understand that Transformational Breath® and Conscious Connected Breathwork do not claim to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition and that no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

I understand that it is my responsibility to communicate any discomfort, emotional distress or medical concerns before or during a session. I acknowledge that I have the right to pause, stop or modify my participation at any time.

I agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Arise Breathwork, the facilitator, the Transformational Breath® Foundation and any related representatives or employees from any liability arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.

By signing this waiver, I confirm that I am participating willingly and with full understanding of the nature of breathwork sessions.

Data Protection and Privacy:

By booking a session, workshop or event, I acknowledge that my personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

I understand that this may include personal information and health related details provided through booking forms, intake forms and waivers, which are collected solely for the purpose of providing breathwork sessions safely and appropriately.

I understand that signed waivers and records relating to my participation may be retained for legal, insurance and safeguarding purposes for as long as reasonably necessary. Other personal data will be retained only for as long as required and will be securely deleted when no longer needed.
