THE BREATH CIRCLE has been brewing for a while (off the back of the monthly circles I’ve been running for the last two years). A beautiful online community is growing and I’m super excited to offer a six week journey within a supportive online space for us to gather, connect, breathe and grow together. Community and connection is what Arise is all about!
Starting on Mon 12th May (coinciding with the full moon! 🌝), you’ll journey over six weeks with the same lovely group of humans, building trust, connections and community through the transformational practice of conscious connected breathwork.
This is way more than just an online class - it’s a circle. A space where you can use your breath as a bridge to develop deeper presence, self awareness, and connection to not only yourself but to those around you.

what you get each week:
✨ Get cosy at home, before we have a group check-in.
✨ Move and shake your body to a vibey tune - opening up your breath and releasing physical tension.
✨ A live online breathwork journey (approx. 40 mins).
✨ Time to integrate, journal, reflect, and share.
✨ Optional support between sessions (e.g. journalling prompts, WhatsApp group chat).

✨ Journaling prompts: Prompts to help you reflect, process, and integrate what’s coming up during the journey.
✨ Ongoing support: Gentle check-ins, reminders, and encouragement between sessions to keep you grounded and inspired.
✨ BONUS integration circle - we’ll come together for a bonus sharing circle on Thursday 19th June. This is a space to share your reflections, celebrate your growth, and deepen relationships within the community. This will be hosted online, and I’d love you to be there!

WHY practice BREATHWORK?
We take over 20,000 breaths a day yet, most of us only use about a third of our full lung capacity. That means we’re often living on autopilot, not fully harnessing the power of our breath.
Breathwork is a game-changer - it helps you release, reset, and reconnect to yourself on every level of your being (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual). Some of the benefits you might experience include:

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE
💫 Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy meals beforehand.
💫 Wear loose, comfy clothing (nothing tight around the waist!).
💫 Set up a quiet, cosy space where you won’t be disturbed - a bed or yoga mat with pillows and blanket is perfect!
💫 Use headphones or a speaker for a more immersive experience - we’ll be practicing movement at the start so earbuds may be easier
💫 Have water, tissues, a journal and pen handy.
💫 Light a candle or grab a crystal if you’d like to enhance your experience.
📌 Important: You must have your camera on during the session and complete the online form before joining.
WHO CAN JOIN?
The Breath Circle is open to anyone over 18 (younger participants, please email me first). It’s great for all levels of breathwork experience, whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned pro!
⚠️ Please check with your doctor first if you have:
Any pre-existing heart conditions
Epilepsy or history of seizures
High/low blood pressure with a history of fainting
Pregnancy (not recommended in the first trimester)
Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, or personality disorders
Untreated/severe PTSD
Pre-existing lung disease
Recent major surgery
History of stroke
Glaucoma/detached retina
Asthma (please have your inhaler nearby)

I run online & in-person 1:1 breathwork sessions and intimate group workshops at Seven Sisters Sanctuary, as well as at festivals, on retreats, and within corporate spaces.
