WHAT IS the breath circle?

THE BREATH CIRCLE was born last spring when 15 beautiful humans came together to breathe, building on the monthly online circles I’ve been holding for the past three years. Since then, this online community has continued to grow, and I’m super excited to be offering this 6 week journey for the second year running.

This is an online journey beginning on Monday 23rd February, weaving together all the good stuff… conscious connected breathwork, community support, and nervous system regulation, all held in a supportive space designed to help you release stress, process any emotions, and feel deeply connected to yourself and others. A place to connect, breathe, and grow together.

Breathing with the same group of lovely humans each week allows trust, connection, and a real sense of community to unfold. Over time, this consistent practice supports resilience, helps reset your nervous system, and gently deepens self awareness.

Community and connection are at the heart of everything Arise is about.

This is way more than an online course. It’s a circle. A space where you’re held and supported, using the breath as a bridge into deeper presence, self awareness, and meaningful connection with yourself and the people around you.

Life-enhancing. I felt more confident, energetic & relaxed. I felt safe to experience my emotions coming up & to let go. It really helped me with my day-to-day life. In my life, I feel like I am standing at a crossroads, having to decide where to go. Through this breath circle, I felt more connected to myself, & even though I don’t know exactly where to go, I know where I’m not going & where I might go.

what you’ll experience:

🌀 Get cosy at home before we ground ourselves, check in as a group, and set our intentions for the breathwork journey.

🌀 Move and shake your body to a vibey tune - opening up your breath and releasing any physical tension.

🌀 A live guided breathwork journey (40-45 mins) using conscious connected breathing.

🌀 Time to integrate, journal, reflect, and share with the group.

🌀 Ongoing support between sessions including journaling prompts and our private WhatsApp community.

what extra support is on offer?

I want this journey to support you both inside and outside of our live sessions so the following is optional:

🌀 WhatsApp group: Stay connected with the group for inspiration, support, and shared experiences throughout the six weeks.

🌀 Playlists: Curated music playlists to enhance your practice and help you drop into the breathwork more deeply.

🌀 Journaling prompts: Prompts to help you reflect, process, and integrate what’s come up during the journey.

🌀 Ongoing support: Gentle check-ins, reminders, and encouragement between sessions to keep you grounded and inspired.

BONUS integration circle (Thursday 2nd April, 8-9pm): We'll come together for a bonus sharing circle on Thurs 2nd April (in line with the full moon). This is a space to share your reflections, celebrate your growth, and deepen relationships within the community. This bonus session is included in your ticket price and is optional (but encouraged!). Hosted online - I'd love you to be there!

WHY community matters?

Bringing people together in community is something so important me - it’s at the core of Arise and why I love this work so much. With more and more people disconnected from themselves and others, glued to their phones, I love bringing a group together to connect, share, and get out of their heads and into their bodies using a tool we all have access to - our breath! There is real medicine in group work - we need other people, it’s a core value of all human beings. To feel belonging.

It was a lovely chance to deeply connect with myself & a really nice group all going on a journey together. I liked the openness of the group & the mix of people there.
It enabled complete strangers to be so open with each other. It’s a heartening thing to be part of.

WHY work with me, brenna?

I've been teaching breathwork for four years now, qualifying in Transformational Breath® in 2022 and currently deepening my training with Rebecca Dennis (The Breathing Tree) in nervous system and somatic work. I teach both online and in a cosy studio Seven Sisters Sanctuary in north London which I share with a close friend (also an amazing sound therapist). I also trained as a life coach in 2019 with Mindful Talent, have a 100 hours yoga teacher training and am a soulful brand and event photographer too!

I love nothing more than bringing groups of people together - I’ve hosted workshops at festivals including Glastonbury, Lost Village, All About Love and also hosted workshops within corporate spaces too.

Even though I’m not very experienced in breathwork, I felt very held by Bren. I felt safe to experience my emotions coming up.

WHY practice BREATHWORK?

We take over 20,000 breaths a day yet, most of us only use about a third of our full lung capacity. That means we’re often living on autopilot, not fully harnessing the power of our breath.

Breathwork is a game changer - it helps you release, reset, and reconnect to yourself on every level of your being (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual). Some of the benefits you might experience include:

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE

💫 Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy meals beforehand.
💫 Wear loose, comfy clothing (nothing tight around the waist!).
💫 Set up a quiet, cosy space where you won’t be disturbed - a bed or yoga mat with pillows and blanket is perfect!
💫 Use headphones or a speaker for a more immersive experience - we’ll be practicing movement at the start so earbuds may be easier
💫 Have water, tissues, a journal and pen handy.
💫 You may like to use an eye mask during integration.
💫 Light a candle or grab a crystal if you’d like to enhance your experience.

📌 Important: You must have your camera on during the session and complete the online form before joining.


WHO CAN JOIN?

The Breath Circle is open to anyone over 18 (younger participants, please email me first). It’s great for all levels of breathwork experience, whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned pro!

  • Any pre-existing heart conditions

  • Epilepsy or history of seizures

  • High/low blood pressure with a history of fainting

  • Pregnancy (not recommended in the first trimester)

  • Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, or personality disorders

  • Untreated/severe PTSD

  • Pre-existing lung disease

  • Recent major surgery

  • History of stroke

  • Glaucoma/detached retina

  • Asthma (please have your inhaler nearby)

I really appreciated being part of The Breath Circle. I never thought a regular breath practice could help me so much & I really enjoyed it online.   • Absolutely! No experience needed. All you need is curiosity and an open heart. I'll guide you through everything.

  • I understand life happens! I encourage full attendance for the deepest transformation, however it’s ok if you have to miss a session.

  • Nope! Just yourself, a quiet safe space, comfy clothes, and a device you can use for Zoom. Optional: journal, water, blanket, pillow, eye mask.

  • Choose Community if finances are genuinely tight. Choose Standard if you can afford it. Choose Supporter if you're able to help subsidise spots for others. Trust yourself - you know what's right for you.

about brenna, the face behind arise breathwork.

I’m a qualified Transformational Breath® Group Leader (since 2022), an accredited life coach, yoga teacher, and photographer based in London.

I run online & in-person 1:1 breathwork sessions and intimate group workshops at Seven Sisters Sanctuary, as well as at festivals (Glastonbury, Lost Village), on retreats, and within corporate spaces.

I’m on a mission to share the magic of breathwork with as many people as possible! Change the way you breathe, and change the way you live.
